This small sized mini keg Is frequently used as a growler. 
The Triple J unit can hold liquids at high pressure - great for carbonated beverages and force carbonating. The pressure will automatically release at 35 PSI (if using the RED PRV) or 70PSI (if using the GREEN PRV)
It is small enough that you can either drink directly from the keg or pour the keg out directly into a glass. 
This mini keg system is great as a portable keg to take to parties, BBQs, or just having a few beers in the sun. 
The 5L size is equivalent to 15x 330ml Bottles of Beer.
