The Hopsbrew Small Stainless Steel Mini Beer Keg kit is a versatile and convenient home brewing/growler dispensing solution. With its small size, it can be easily stored in standard domestic fridges and is perfect for small batches. The keg can be naturally carbonated using priming sugars or force carbonated with the included ball lock spear.

One of the advantages of this keg is that it can dispense beer both when standing up and when placed down, thanks to the flexible silicone dip tube/spear that draws liquid from the bottom of the keg. The stainless steel material used in the keg is pacified using gold standard acid bath electrolysis, which makes it more resistant to rust than other mini kegs on the market.

The kit includes a Stainless Steel Double Ball Lock Spear, which allows you to serve and force carbonate your homebrew without needing any other equipment. Connecting your gas and liquid disconnects onto the ball lock spears is all that is required. The pressure automatically releases at 35 PSI (with the RED PRV) or 70 PSI (with the GREEN PRV).

The tapping head can be easily disassembled for cleaning and repair. All parts, including the ball lock posts, O rings, and relief valve, are included in the kit and are standard.
